INSULATION MATERIALS 

 

TEFLON (Fep) 

Cable industry at the moment is the most slippery and has the lowest coefficient of friction material.

Pef (Polyethylene Foam) 
Polyethylene is further improved mixture. Special materials that can be used for image and audio cables. 

PE ( Polyethylene) 
More than PEF but less than permeable PVC material. Signal and data transmission cables are used intensively.

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride ) 
Entrance, middle, upper middle and upper-class cables and used in some of the most frequently be encountered material. 

 

RUBBER (Elastic) 
With the highest dielectric permeability and therefore not preferred and should not be used material. Certainly should not be preferred, especially audio and video cables. 

 

CONDUCTING MATERIALS 

OFC ( Oxygen free copper ) 
Oxygen-free coppers are devided into two.

PC-OFC (Pure Crystal Oxygen Free Copper.) 

Of pure crystallized copper is completely free of oxygen and one of the most high-performance conductive materials. Much higher conductivity copper than OFC.

SP-OFC (Silver Plated Oxygen Free Copper )

Free of Oxygen and Silverplated copper type. 
As to prevent oxidation of the copper coating of silver, against the energy flowing trough the signal conductors or conductive portion minimizes resistance.
